About AL1466 Leaf Chains
AL1466 is a heavy-duty AL series leaf chain made in accordance with ANSI B29.8 standard. It features a 6×6 lacing structure with a pitch of 44.45 mm (1.75 inch). Constructed from heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, it adopts precision blanked link plates and hardened solid pins, offering excellent tensile strength and stable fatigue resistance.
Developed for heavy lifting and tensioning operations, it delivers low permanent elongation under sustained heavy loads and bends smoothly on sheaves. It is widely used for large forklift masts, hoists, lifting platforms and counterweight systems. Optional surface treatments and custom clevis fittings are available upon request.
