About AL1266 Leaf Chains
AL1266 is a heavy-duty AL series leaf chain conforming to ANSI B29.8 standard. It adopts a 6×6 lacing structure with a pitch of 38.1 mm (1.5 inch). Made of heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, it is assembled with precision blanked link plates and hardened solid pins, delivering outstanding tensile strength and excellent fatigue resistance.
Engineered for heavy lifting and tensioning work, this chain features low permanent elongation under sustained heavy loads and flexes smoothly on sheaves. It is widely applied in heavy forklift masts, hoists, lifting platforms and counterweight systems. Optional surface treatments and custom clevis fittings are available to suit various working conditions.
