About AL1244 Leaf Chains
AL1244 is a heavy-duty AL series leaf chain made to ANSI B29.8 standard. It features a 4×4 lacing structure with a pitch of 38.1 mm (1.5 inch). Constructed from heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, it adopts precision blanked link plates and hardened solid pins for excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
This leaf chain is designed for lifting and tensioning services. It delivers stable performance under heavy loads with low permanent elongation and smooth bending on sheaves. Widely used in forklift masts, hoists, lifting platforms and counterweight systems. Optional surface treatments and custom clevis fittings are available upon request.
