About AL1044 Leaf Chains
AL1044 is an AL series leaf chain complying with ANSI B29.8 standard. It features a 4×4 lacing structure and a pitch of 31.75 mm (1.25 inch). Made of heat-treated high-strength alloy steel, it is assembled with precision blanked link plates and hardened solid pins, offering excellent tensile strength and fatigue resistance.
Purpose-built for lifting and tensioning, it maintains low elongation under heavy loads and flexes smoothly on sheaves. Typical applications include forklift masts, hoists, counterweight assemblies and material handling systems. Custom clevis fittings and various surface treatment options can be provided as required.
