About AL1022 Leaf Chains
AL1022 is an AL series leaf chain with 2×2 lacing structure and a pitch of 31.75 mm (1.25 inch). It is manufactured from high-strength heat-treated alloy steel. Precision blanked link plates and hardened solid pins deliver stable tensile strength and reliable fatigue performance.
This leaf chain is designed for lifting and tensioning applications. It runs smoothly over sheaves with low elongation under moderate loads. It is widely used on forklift masts, hoists, counterweight systems and material handling equipment. Optional surface treatments and custom clevis fittings are available for different working conditions.
