About AL688 Leaf Chains
AL688 is a heavy-duty AL series leaf chain complying with ANSI B29.8 standard. It adopts an 8×8 lacing structure with a pitch of 19.05 mm (0.75 inch). Made of high-strength heat-treated alloy steel, it features precision-stamped link plates and hardened solid pins, delivering superior tensile strength and excellent fatigue resistance.
Designed for lifting and tensioning work, this leaf chain runs smoothly over sheaves. It is widely used for forklift masts, hoists, lifting platforms and material handling equipment.
