About AL644 Leaf Chains
AL644 leaf chain is manufactured in accordance with ANSI B29.8 standard, widely adopted for forklift mast lifting and hoisting applications. This model features 3/4 inch (19.05 mm) pitch with 4×4 lacing structure, assembled by precision-stamped high-strength steel plates and heat-treated pins.
All chain plates go through quenching and tempering treatment to deliver excellent tensile strength and wear resistance. The minimum ultimate tensile strength reaches 64.3 kN, stable enough for continuous lifting and counterbalance service under heavy load. Each pin is finely machined to guarantee smooth articulation and low friction during operation.
Strict dimension control ensures consistent interchangeability with mainstream brands. Surface treatment options are available to resist rust and corrosion for different working environments. AL644 leaf chain carries no sprocket teeth, designed to run on sheaves instead of sprockets. It is a reliable lifting component for forklifts, stackers, hoists and other material handling equipment.
