About AL622 Leaf Chains
AL622 is ANSI AL series leaf chain, 2×2 lacing, pitch 19.05mm (0.75 inch). It is built with high-strength alloy steel link plates and hardened pins, heat-treated and pre-stretched to restrict initial elongation and improve fatigue resistance. The rollerless structure runs smoothly on sheaves with stable load capacity. Typical applications include forklift masts, counterweight systems and medium lifting equipment. Optional surface finishes: blackening and phosphating for wear and rust protection. Manufactured in accordance with ANSI B29.8 standard, fully interchangeable, easy to install and maintain. Custom cut lengths and connecting links are available.
