About AL566 Leaf Chains
AL566 is ANSI AL series leaf chain, 6×6 lacing, pitch 15.875mm (0.625 inch). Constructed with high-strength alloy steel link plates and hardened pins, heat-treated and pre-stretched to minimize elongation and improve fatigue life. The rollerless design operates steadily on sheaves, offering high tensile strength for medium lifting loads. It is widely used for forklift masts, counterweight assemblies and hoisting machinery. Blackening and phosphating surface treatments are optional to enhance wear and rust resistance. Made to ANSI B29.8 standard, interchangeable, easy to assemble and maintain. Custom lengths and connecting links are available.
