About AL534 Leaf Chains
AL534 belongs to ANSI AL series leaf chain, 3×4 lacing, pitch 15.875mm (0.625 inch). It is assembled with high-strength alloy steel link plates and hardened pins, heat-treated and pre-stretched to lower initial elongation and strengthen fatigue resistance. The rollerless structure matches sheaves smoothly, delivering balanced tensile strength. It is widely used in forklift masts, counterweight systems and medium lifting equipment. Optional surface treatments: blackening and phosphating for wear and rust protection. Made in compliance with ANSI B29.8 standard, interchangeable, easy to install and service. Custom lengths and connecting links can be supplied.
