About AL522 Leaf Chains
AL522 is ANSI AL series leaf chain, 2×2 lacing, pitch 15.875mm (0.625 inch). Made of high-strength alloy steel link plates and pins, heat-treated and pre-stretched to control elongation and boost fatigue performance. This rollerless chain works with sheaves, featuring compact structure and steady load capacity. Typical applications: forklift masts, lifting platforms and light-to-medium hoisting systems. Surface options: blackening, phosphating for improved wear and rust resistance. Produced to ANSI B29.8 standard, fully interchangeable, simple to install and maintain. Custom cut lengths and connecting links are available.
