About AL444 Leaf Chains
AL444 is ANSI AL series leaf chain, 4×4 lacing, pitch 12.70mm (0.5 inch). It adopts high-strength alloy steel link plates and pins, heat-treated and pre-stretched to reduce initial elongation and enhance fatigue resistance. Without rollers, it matches sheaves perfectly, offering high tensile strength and compact layout. Widely applied in forklift masts, counterweight assemblies and light lifting machinery. Surface treatments like blackening and phosphating are optional for anti-wear and anti-rust performance. Manufactured per ANSI B29.8 standard, interchangeable, easy for installation and maintenance. Custom cut lengths and connecting links are available.
