About AL422 Leaf Chains
AL422 is ANSI AL series leaf chain, 2×2 lacing, pitch 12.70mm (0.5 inch). Fabricated from high-strength alloy steel plates and pins, heat-treated and pre-stretched for low elongation and good fatigue performance. This rollerless chain works with sheaves, featuring compact structure and stable load capacity. Common applications include forklift masts, lifting platforms and light hoisting systems. Available surface finishes: blackening, phosphating to improve wear and rust resistance. Produced in accordance with ANSI B29.8 standard, fully interchangeable, simple to install and service. Custom lengths and connecting links can be supplied.
