About #FV400 Conveyor Chain

FV400 is a DIN standard heavy-duty bush conveyor chain of the FV series. Fabricated from premium alloy steel, it adopts heat-treated pins, case-hardened seamless bushes and tempered high-strength link plates to achieve robust durability.

This chain can be configured with small rollers, large rollers or flanged rollers. Custom attachments are provided to accommodate different conveying framework demands. Built for low-speed, long-distance bulk material transportation, it maintains smooth operation and remarkable wear resistance under heavy working loads.

It is extensively applied in wood processing, metallurgy, waste recycling, agriculture and various heavy-duty industrial conveying systems. Carbon steel is the standard material, while stainless steel alternatives are available for corrosive environments. Matching sprockets can be offered as supporting components.
