About #C160-2 Staight Side Roller Chain

ANSI C160-2 straight side roller chain is a heavy-duty double-strand conveyor chain manufactured to ANSI B29.1 standards. Straight side plates create flat surfaces for fitting various attachments, well suited for bulk material transportation.

Critical parts are made of high-strength carbon steel and heat-treated to gain great tensile strength, wear resistance and impact resistance. Its standard pitch is 2 inches, enabling precise meshing with sprockets and smooth operation under heavy loads.

This chain comes in riveted and cottered styles for simple installation and servicing. It is commonly applied in heavy industrial conveyors, quarry machinery and large material handling systems. Custom attachments and surface treatments are available to satisfy different operating conditions.
