ANSI C140-1 straight side roller chain follows ANSI B29.1 standard. With straight side plates, it forms a flat carrying surface for heavy-duty conveying and power transmission.

It is built from high-tensile carbon steel, with all parts heat-treated for high breaking strength and wear resistance. The pitch is 1.75 inches (44.45 mm). Precision machining ensures smooth sprocket meshing and stable operation under heavy loads.

Available in riveted or cottered style. Suitable for bulk material conveyors and heavy industrial equipment. Custom attachments and surface treatments are optional.
