ANSI C100-1 straight side roller chain meets ANSI B29.1 standard. Designed with straight side plates, it forms a flat load-carrying surface for heavy-duty conveying and power transmission applications.

Constructed from high-tensile carbon steel, all parts are precision heat-treated to achieve high breaking strength and superior wear resistance. The chain pitch is 1 1/4 inch (31.75 mm). Precision manufacturing guarantees smooth meshing with sprockets, stable operation and low vibration under continuous heavy loads.

It can be supplied in riveted or cottered types for easy installation and maintenance. Commonly used in heavy conveyor systems, material handling, mining auxiliary equipment and industrial automation. Custom attachments and surface finishes are available upon request.
