About #160H-2 Cottered Roller Chain

#160H-2 is double-strand heavy-duty cottered roller chain manufactured to ANSI B29.1 standard. The "H" represents heavy version with thicker side plates, delivering enhanced tensile strength and superior shock resistance. It adopts cotter pin design instead of riveted pins, supporting easy assembly, disassembly and on-site maintenance.

Constructed from heat-treated carbon steel with shot-peened link plates, the chain offers great wear resistance and fatigue performance. Its pitch is 2.0 inch (50.8mm). It is widely used in heavy-load transmission systems for mining, port machinery and large conveyors, fully interchangeable with compatible ANSI sprockets.
