About #160H  Cottered Roller Chain

#160H is single-strand heavy-duty cottered roller chain conforming to ANSI B29.1 standard. The "H" stands for heavy construction with thicker side plates, providing higher tensile strength and excellent impact resistance. It features cotter pin design rather than riveted pins, allowing simple assembly, disassembly and convenient field maintenance.

Made of heat-treated carbon steel with shot-peened link plates, this chain delivers outstanding wear resistance and fatigue performance. Its pitch is 2.0 inch (50.8mm). It is widely applied in heavy-load transmission systems for mining, port machinery and large conveyors, fully interchangeable with matching ANSI sprockets.
