About #180-3 Cottered Roller Chain
this triple-strand heavy-duty roller chain adopts a detachable cotter pin design for easy on-site disassembly and length adjustment. With a 57.15mm pitch triplex structure, it delivers triple load capacity versus simplex chains and outstanding shock resistance.
All components are precision heat-treated alloy steel with black oxide anti-rust coating, featuring high tensile strength and long wear life. Unlike riveted chains, cottered pins eliminate grinding work during maintenance.
Ideal for low-speed high-torque equipment: mining conveyors, metallurgical rollers, cement mixers and heavy lifting machinery. Matching cottered master links, offset links and customized hardened triplex sprockets are available. Stainless steel and reinforced 180H-3 versions can be ordered for corrosive or overload conditions.
