About #180-2 Cottered Roller Chain
Complying with ANSI B29.1 standard, #180-2 is duplex heavy-duty roller chain equipped with cotter pins for easy disassembly. Its 57.15mm pitch double-strand structure greatly boosts load capacity compared with simplex chains.
All parts are made of heat-treated alloy steel with black oxide anti-rust finish, offering excellent tensile strength, wear resistance and shock resistance. Unlike riveted chains, the cottered design allows quick on-site length adjustment without grinding pins, simplifying maintenance.
Suitable for low-speed high-torque equipment including mining conveyors, metallurgical machinery and cement transport lines. HXST supplies matching cottered master links, offset links and customized hardened sprockets. Stainless steel and reinforced 180H-2 versions are optional for special working conditions.
