#140H heavy roller chain complies fully with ANSI B29.1 standard with 44.45mm pitch. Unlike standard #140 chain, it adopts thicker reinforced link plates for higher tensile strength and excellent shock & fatigue resistance, ideal for severe heavy-load working conditions.
Crafted from premium alloy steel, all pins, seamless bushings and solid rollers undergo carburizing quenching and shot peening to cut friction and extend service life. It fits standard #140 sprockets directly for easy replacement.
Widely applied in mining, metallurgy, port conveyors and heavy construction equipment. Carbon steel versions are in stock; stainless steel and attachment chains are customizable. Complete with connecting links and packed for global export.
