Our #50H hollow pin roller chain complies with ANSI B29.1 standard, 5/8” pitch heavy-duty design with thicker side plates for higher tensile strength and load capacity than standard #50 chain. All components undergo precise heat treatment and shot peening for excellent wear resistance and anti-fatigue performance, effectively reducing elongation during long-term operation.
The hollow pin structure allows easy mounting of cross rods, lugs and customized attachments directly, ideal for conveyor and automated packaging lines. It is fully interchangeable with standard #50 sprockets for simple upgrade. Pre-lubricated for immediate installation, widely applied in food processing, agricultural machinery, material conveying and industrial transmission equipment. Custom lengths and stainless steel versions are available on request.
